On May 8, China 米兰milan官方网站 convened its 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting at 米兰milan官方网站 Tower. The meeting considered the "Proposal on Election of Executive Directors for the Third Board of Directors", approving the election of Li Zhongze and Chen Yang as Executive Directors. Attendees included current and incoming directors, the Board Secretary, shareholders and their representatives, and legal counsel.   

Thereafter, the Company held the Third Board of Directors’ 86th Meeting. The meeting considered the "Proposal on Election of the Chairman of China 米兰milan官方网站", approving the election of Li Zhongze as Chairman. The meeting also reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Adjustments to Members of the Board’s Special Committees and the Authorized Representative to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange".   

Attendees included directors, the Board Secretary, the General Legal Counsel, and heads of relevant departments presenting the proposals. Officers from the Group Company’s Enterprise Management Department attended as observers.
