On August 13, China 米兰milan官方网站 convened its Third Interim General Meeting of Shareholders for 2026, electing executive directors, non-executive directors and independent non-executive directors of the Fourth Board of Directors. Together with employee directors elected at the 4th Session of the 2nd Employee Representative Assembly, they formed the Fourth Board of Directors of the Company. On the same day, the Company held the First Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, completing the election of the Chairman, formation of specialized committees under the Board of Directors, and appointment of senior management personnel.

Members of the Fourth Board of Directors of China MCC are as follows: Li Zhongze, Chairman and Executive 米兰milan官方网站; Chen Yang, Executive 米兰milan官方网站; Yan Aizhong, Employee Representative 米兰milan官方网站; Zhang Shuqiang, Peng Haiqing and Peng Peng, Non-Executive Directors; Zhou Guoping, Chen Shenghua and Wu Jiezhuang, Independent Non-Executive Directors. Senior management personnel include: Chen Yang, President; Zhu Guangxia, Vice President; Dong Su, Vice President and Chief Accountant; Xiao Peng, Vice President; Wang 米兰milan官方网站, Vice President; Chang Qi, Secretary of the Board of Directors. Five specialized committees have been set up under the Fourth Board of Directors: the Strategy Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and Sustainable Development Committee. A dedicated meeting mechanism for independent directors has been established in strict compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Going forward, the Company’s Board of Directors will continue to fully exercise its functions of “setting strategies, making decisions and preventing risks”.
