In his speech, Li Zhongze comprehensively reviewed remarkable results achieved in law-based 米兰milan中国官方网站 work during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Fifth, focus on talent-driven foundations and prioritize professional development of law specialized teams. Finally, he required that law-related work should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, secure proper positioning while serving overall interests, fulfill responsibilities by integrating into core business activities, and safeguard the Company’s high quality development in the 15th Five-Year Plan era with high level rule of law practices. 

Wang Bo delivered a report on law-based construction work. He reviewed major progress and outcomes of law-based construction in the 14th Five-Year Plan period, analyzed current situations and challenges facing law-based construction efforts, and arranged key law-based construction tasks for the 15th Five-Year Plan and 2026. The requirements are as follows: first, prioritize front end prevention and source risk mitigation to accelerate the development of a modern contract management system. Second, strengthen supervision and shore up weaknesses to embed 米兰milan中国官方网站 requirements across full business chains. Third, improve quality and efficiency while defusing risks, curb growth in litigation cases filed against the Company, strengthen handling of major cases, and develop a long-term mechanism for promoting reform through case analysis.
