During busy seasons and sales, I just pack everything, myself included Some products require a lot of time and effort, such as wrapping them in plastic wrap, and in anticipation of an increase in the number of shipments in the future, it was impossible to make itこうした対応によって、社员が疲劳弊していたことも大きな科目と考えていました。

Furthermore, in order to maintain the certification badge of a major e-commerce mall, we have become faced with the urgent issue of being able to ship on Saturdays and Sundays我们公司周六周日休息，所以无法立即回复。 On the other hand, maintaining badges has a large impact on sales, as consumers are aware of the fact that sellers with certification badges deliver faster, and are more likely to choose sellers一段时间以来，米兰milan官方网站继续为我们提供可以委托物流工作的服务。 In addition, at a good time, we were informed that a new logistics solution center had opened in Kagawa, a neighboring prefecture, and that we would be able to handle our needs there

When implementing the system, we made adjustments to match the specifications of the WMS and our company's core system in about a month通过统一现有的核心系统和WMS，管理销售和库存变得更加容易。

In terms of operational efficiency, we are now able to manage and order inventory based on data on WMS, and "out of stock" has almost disappeared Previously, orders were placed based on visual confirmation, which sometimes caused timing lags, but now we are able to ensure that items arrive before they run out of stock由于所有员工都可以共享状态信息，因此损失的销售机会减少了，生产力也提高了。
